Traditionally, Weesenstein Castle invites you to a romantic market on the 1st Advent .
On the first weekend of Advent, things get romantic at Schloss Weesenstein. On both weekend days, the traditional castle Christmas invites you to take a cosy stroll. All kinds of treasures and delicacies are offered for sale by regional craftsmen and traders. Whether jewellery, gift ideas, Christmas stollen or mulled wine, nothing is left to be desired here. There is a special offer for the first time this year: visitors can not only admire the splendour of Herrnhut stars in the courtyards, but can even get creative themselves and make their own favourite star. Guests choose the colour combination of the star themselves and make it under supervision - so everyone can take home a very special souvenir. Alpacas can also be admired and other hands-on activities and various cultural programme items ensure an atmospheric experience.
