On the threshold of the 19th century, the owners of the nearby castle in Býnovec built a sala terrena (an open pavilion), and the coat of arms of the founding Clary-Aldringen family can still be seen today. At the same time, a viewing terrace was built, which was used for popular concerts at the time. Since the 19th century, this terrace has been connected to Býnovec Castle via a 4-kilometre-long carriage road, which today serves as a marked hiking trail.
