Panoramic Heights with Bismarck Tower

Short facts

Observation tower between Bad Gottleuba and Berggießhübel for great views in winter

The Bismarck Tower, inaugurated on September 9, 1900, offers the perfect view from the snow-covered heights of the Eastern Ore Mountains to the striking table mountains of Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland. The cool, clear air gives you an even wider view on clear winter days than in summer. The tower is 25 meters high and has been open to visitors again since May 1990.

Be careful, the cool air usually brings snow and icy conditions with it.
