A walk with no particular inclines or declines on paths with little traffic. The highlights of the tour are the two viewpoints. They offer magnificent views and are in an almost pristine condition, i.e. without railings or aids to access them. You will therefore need the help of a guide to reach the viewpoints.
Our tour begins at the car park at the entrance to Waitzdorf. We initially follow a path that leads past the houses on the right and then turns sharp left. We keep straight ahead along the edge of the forest, following the signs to the viewpoint. There, the partly grass-covered hiking trail continues to the left and improves in quality. Soon you will see the viewpoint on the right, which can be reached via a small branch-off. We now follow the wide hiking trail, which soon leads us to the right to the second viewpoint, which can be reached via a natural access path. As with the first viewpoint, an accompanying person is required here. After returning to the hiking trail from this viewpoint, we follow it and finally reach the Mühlweg. This hiking trail meets the Waldtorweg after a few metres. At this junction, we turn left and walk along the Waldtorweg to the road to Waitzdorf. Here, too, we keep to the left and end our short loop at the Waitzdorf car park.
