To this day, the bizarre erosion landscape with its idiosyncratic aesthetic fascinates painters and photographers. In her studio "Molière Artdesign" in Lohmen, children and adults come together to learn or deepen their knowledge of artistic techniques such as watercolour, acrylic or pastel. The studio itself is an inspiring place. The historic building from 1900 stands on the high banks of the Wesenitz river with a view of Lohmen Castle and Saxon Switzerland.
Andrea Molière regularly organises creative courses, some of which are held outdoors. Like Caspar David Friedrich, the participants roam through nature and capture impressions of the landscape on paper.
