The SIGMA Photowalk takes us to the Kaiserkrone in February.

Under professional guidance, the SIGMA Photowalk will give you a refresher on the basics of photography and, of course, numerous tips and tricks on design rules. The use of different focal lengths will also be discussed. All participants of the SIGMA Photowalk are picked up where they are photographically. The photowalk leader will accompany you on your photographic journey with his know-how and exciting tasks. There will also be plenty of time to ask individual questions!
Before the photowalk, you can borrow various SIGMA lenses from Tourist Service Bad Schandau and then try them out on site under supervision. The SIGMA lens rental is included in the price. There is a limited selection of rental lenses available!

Start is at 06:00 at the hiking parking lot at Zirkelstein.

We start just before the blue hour so that we can catch the first light of day. The hike is suitable for all weather conditions. There are various small views on the Kaiserkrone from which you can see the Zirkelstein. However, the viewpoint at the northern end is the most varied. From here, you can see the Schrammsteine and the Schmilka rock area. Several foreground elements lead to the Zirkelstein. If visibility is good, you can see as far as Bohemian Switzerland and possibly catch a glimpse of the Prebisch Gate.
On the way, there are some interesting rock formations and view axes towards Lilienstein.

End: approx. 09:00 am at the hiking parking lot at Zirkelstein

Photowalk leader Philipp Zieger recommends focal lengths of 24 - 400mm (up to 200mm optimal, bonus above), a sturdy tripod, polarizing filter, ND filter depending on wind and weather optional and a headlamp.
