The line-up
Micha Winkler on trombone/tuba and Silke Krause on piano/accordion performs classical and traditional pieces - virtuoso, reinterpreted with elements of classical music, jazz and free improvisations. The result is a new kind of music: exciting and demanding, subtle and beautiful. From Bach, Grieg, Mussorgsky, Beethoven and beautiful folk songs to jazz classics and their own compositions, the musicians offer a broad repertoire and delight you spontaneously and with relish with new ideas and arrangements.
The amusing moderation in typical "Winkler" style adds a cheerful note to the whole thing and is quite capable of closing apparent gaps in cultural education (although this is very rare) with tongue-in-cheek expertise...
This is an event as part of the winter festival
