Culinary reading in the Forsthaus

The Forsthaus in Kirnitzschtal celebrates the seasons and regionality: while dishes with chanterelles and berries are on the menu in summer, in winter it's goose, fondue and spit roast. For roast goose in November and December, Andrea Reimann tells "goose stories" after an introduction in the mulled wine hut, accompanied by a delicious 4-course goose menu.
