Kirnitzschklamm gorge - experience the romantic landscape during a peaceful boat trip on an elongated reservoir between high, overgrown rock faces.
Even on midsummer days, the climate "down here" is pleasantly cool. During the 20-minute trip, the barge driver entertains you with entertaining and amazing stories. Once you arrive at the dam wall, there are well-signposted hiking trails for the return journey - alternatively, a narrow crevice leads up to the Herrmannseck for experienced hikers.

Notes:
If you have problems climbing stairs, we recommend the outward and return journey, as the return journey on the one-way trip involves climbing stairs.
If you have a wheelchair or baby carriage, please book the outward and return journey, as these are parked at the boat station.
A wheelchair can unfortunately not be taken on the barges and it is necessary to walk about 10m for the ride.
Please only travel to the boat station in a wheelchair with an accompanying person, as the last 50m are very uneven and steep and use Neue Straße, not via Dachsweg
