Elke Wolf has been working with wild herbs for many years. The ancient knowledge of medicinal herbs has almost been forgotten for decades, but in these hectic, performance-orientated times, it is particularly important now to focus on the essentials and harness the powers of nature. But it is not only herbs that can have healing powers, the forest also helps to strengthen health. The love of nature and the desire to integrate more mindfulness into my life has led Elke Wolf h to complete various training courses and she now has certificates in the fields of phytotherapy (herbal medicine), nature education and is a trainer for forest bathing.
