Ferry F2 Schmilka-Hirschmühle
The ferry connects the Bad Schandau district of Schmilka with the opposite side of the Elbe, where the Schmilka Hirschmühle S-Bahn stop is located. The ferry is also an important crossing point for cyclists on the Elbe cycle path, as the route on the right bank of the Elbe ends on the Schmilka side. Hikers on the Malerweg cross over here to start the 6th stage.
