Our restaurant is located at the foot of the town of Hohnstein in the romantic Polenztal.
The small river Polenz, flows between our two houses and lets you wonderfully forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The quiet location is particularly appreciated by many guests. Our restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. in the high season. On the menu you will find schnitzel and steak as well as game dishes, horse dishes, fish dishes and vegetarian dishes. For the fast walker we also offer bockwurst, bratwurst and stews. Depending on the season, we also serve fresh asparagus, chanterelles, pumpkin or goose leg. For coach groups we have a special menu where you are welcome to eat a la carte. Coffee and dinner arrangements are also available for tour operators. Barbecues can also be organised in the summer. If you are possibly planning a family celebration, you are welcome to be our guests with up to 70 people. Whether it is a birthday or a wedding, we will do our best to make it unforgettable for you. In summer, this celebration can also take place outdoors. There is also the possibility to stay overnight with us. We have 27 rooms with 58 beds. All are modernly equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, soap, shower bath and TV. By the way, our house is located right on the Malerweg and guests for one night are also welcome.
