Final notes:
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants on the day of the tour due to insufficient equipment or suitability for the tour. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the tour due to bad weather. In both cases, the participation fee will be refunded to the participant. Any further costs incurred by the participant for travel, accommodation, equipment, etc. will not be reimbursed unless these services have also been arranged by the organizer for the participant.
The organizer has special public liability insurance for damages to participants for which the organizer is responsible. Nevertheless, participation in the advertised tours is always at the participant's own risk, which is why every participant should have comprehensive private accident insurance.
